Ingredients:

– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

– 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

– 2 cups shredded lettuce

– 1 cup guacamole

– Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

– Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. **Prepare the Black Bean Filling:**

– Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

– Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.

– Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
